• Technical leadership of a development team and coordination of the operative day-to-day business
• Moderation and participation in internal and cross-site meetings (kick-offs, estimation rounds, project status meetings)
• Work through initial requirements/specifications and change requests during development with stakeholders, taking best practices into account
• Interface between the development team and internal and external partners such as project, program and product management
• Ensure sprint and quarterly goals are met and reported to supervisor
• Creating a productive and trusting work environment in which employees can develop and are encouraged, as well as mediating conflicts
• Ensure appropriate documentation, configuration and handover to subsequent QA and Operations teams.
• Proactively and continuously evaluate project risks and progress and transparently escalate to stakeholders

• IT-oriented education (university/technical college or comparable education) or professional experience in the field of software development
• Commitment, enthusiasm and assertiveness
• Strong motivational ability for solution-oriented work

• Confident and sovereign appearance even in stressful situations
• High social competence, very good communication skills and empathic behavior
