Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance professional to join our team. We have an established B2C team that operate several UK focussed Bingo and Casino brands.
As the Compliance Manager, you will ensure that the team meets its regulatory requirement and as such you will work closely with the product, marketing, and CRM teams.
The role requires someone who can work collaboratively to meet shared regulatory outcomes and who has a good working knowledge of the UK’s compliance requirements relating to online gambling. 

Some of your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Work with the business to ensure that established processes meet regulatory requirements.
  • Be responsible for the approval of all B2C marketing materials to ensure compliance with the Advertising Standards Agency Codes of Practice and associated consumer protection legislation.
  • Manage the regulatory release process to ensure that products and systems continue to comply with relevant Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice.
  • Manage the onboarding of 3rd party suppliers in accordance with Playtech’s GDPR, Information Security, and due diligence processes.
  • Assist in the review and negotiation of third-party supplier contracts.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of all relevant compliance control frameworks.
  • Assist in auditing compliance controls used by Playtech Plc, group companies and relevant third parties to ensure that controls are adequately mitigating risks.
  • Prepare risk management information for use by the Chief Compliance Officer.
  • Assist in the development, maintenance and monitoring of the Playtech Plc groups AML/CTF policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Experience Required

Essential: Regulatory experience particularly focussed on the UK regulatory requirements relating to the provision of gambling;
Desirable: Experience in reviewing and negotiating third-party supplier contracts;
