Job Description

We're looking for a superstar Customer Onboarding & Payments Manager to support a new Playtech venture. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with members of the Product, CRM and brand management teams. Will lead the on boarding process of players from the registration funnels until deposit, taking into consideration compliance and regulation requirements and optimization of the payment process, using relevant 3rd party providers. This role will require onboarding investigations of the customer activities across multiple platforms to identify required optimization actions.

The Customer Onboarding & Payments Manager is expected to manage daily onboarding and registration flows, KYC flows, and payments flows . In addition, the qualified candidate will help the Compliance Team ensure the flows are compliant with policies and procedures.

Key duties & tasks:

  • Manage the registration process from A to Z , including integration to 3rd party providers, for KYC, Risk and compliance needs
  • Manage the payments optimization process to optimize the potential player value .
  • Supply investigative techniques and knowledge to optimize onboarding KYC processes
  • Supply analytic techniques to complex information sets to make logical and supported recommendations
  • Produce timely and accurate information for the Management team regarding onboarding and payments
  • Provide insights and recommendations on improving quality or how to reach optimal efficiency in current processes
  • Develop deep cross-functional partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance investigative processes to maximize onboarding and payments processes .

Qualifications

Competence and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in payments management or KYC optimization
  • Experience in optimization of online onboarding and registration processes
  • Knowledge in configuration and management  of 3rd parties SAAS KYC solutions
  • Experience interacting with other process leads, cross-functional teams and leaders of the department
  • Experience working on an Operations team, with a track record of high-quality performance and productivity
  • Experience building relationships and experience working collaboratively as part of a team
