Reporting to the Operations & Marketing Lead, we're looking for a a passionate Sports Site Manager to ensure our sportsbook products operate at their maximum potential. You will help in generating innovative product ideas ensuring that the site experience and customer journeys are optimal and consistent.
The sport portal manager will be part of the Sport team who are tasked with producing engaging & effective online customer experiences across all platforms and devices.
Sport portal manager role requirements and responsibilities involve collaborating with the team on tasks to learn and deliver the optimum end results.
You will be: 

• Responsible for all pages CMS and sport content presented to our clients, also In charge of keeping the sport pages updated and functional.
• Review and identify Sport trends (on player and group level) and work closely with internal departments & Sport product provider to optimize Sport revenues.
• Responsible for controlled betting content including betting specials and all aspects using Sport product providers back-office tool.
• Execute and optimize sportsbook campaigns alongside CRM & Campaign Execution.
• Optimize existing and initiate new Sport procedures and projects including promotions.
• Review trends from operational business departments (Customer Services, Fraud & Payments, VIP etc.) and establish new process in line with the growing sportsbook product.

• Proven experience working within iGaming and online Sports industry.
• Deep knowledge of the online sportsbook industry and a passion for sports & sports betting.
• Proven ability to create and manage sports promotions & campaigns from conception to completion.
• Ability to create simple, effective, engaging web experiences.
• Ability to work with high-profile websites
• Strong communications skills (written, verbal and presentational)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Previous track record of creating innovative web experiences.
• Dutch speaker (Advantage)
