Job Description

Based in Gibraltar, we’re currently looking to recruit for a CRM Promotional Executive who will support the CRM Manager and support in the day to day running of our CRM and promotional campaigns across the numerous websites that VF2011 Limited operate including Sun Bingo and The Sun Vegas. You will support the management of the Campaign/Promotional roadmap in association with the CRM Manager.
You will be assisting the CRM Manager in the day-to-day operations of the digital business across all VF2011 brands, with the following responsibilities:

•    Working closely with the CRM Manager to produce the Weekly & Monthly CRM Plan for Sun Bingo, The Sun Vegas and Fabulous Bingo. 
•    Responsible for the day-to-day execution of the CRM Plan. 
•    Assisting the CRM Manager in planning, analysis, optimization, and maintenance of the CRM cycles.
•    Delivery of planning the monthly promotion campaigns which includes creative concepts, mechanics, pay outs and prize structures. 
•    Responsible for briefing promotional campaigns which include writing content for onsite, T&C’s and CRM, briefing promotional creative, bonus set ups for campaigns, and delivery of the campaign onsite. 
•    Management of bonuses in the back office system, creating bonus set ups and reviewing performance.
•    Analysis on promotion performance, interpreting and analysing data to provide recommendations for future campaigns.
•    Reviewing operational processes and finding optimal solutions for streamlined working.
•    Acting as second line support to the Customer Services Team across all brands including operational escalations, responsible for managing the escalation of issues in a timely and considered manner.
•    Working closely with the Operations and Promotions teams to ensure smooth delivery of all promotional communications to our customers. 
•    Support the Digital Marketing and VIP teams to deliver product focused marketing activities to deliver the required financial KPIs including copywriting/adhoc tasks. 

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role we are looking for someone with the following skills/experience: 

•    Experience within the online bingo or online casino industry (preferred) 
•    Experience using CRM tools (preferred).
•    Day to day bingo/casino campaign/promotional knowledge expected
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal/influencing skills
•    Strong creative writing skills to support the brands vision and style 
•    Knowledge of VF back office systems preferred i.e. BOS and IMS
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
•    Excellent command of the English Language written and spoken
•    Strong numerical and analytical skills
•    Very organized and excellent time management skills
•    Highly motivated and willing to learn
