Job Description

The administrative Manager will oversee office operations and administrative staff members. The administrative manager will hire, train, and evaluate administrative team members and ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

To succeed as an administrative manager, you should be analytical, knowledgeable, and organized with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills.

The daily tasks:

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members. Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Responsible for the proper facilities operations including supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment etc.
  • Responsible for the entire process of third-party contract management – negotiations, review, selection etc.
  • Responsible for the organization of meetings, events and business trips in accordance with the company procedures
  • Responsible for all relocations in the company – planning and organizing the whole process of obtaining of visas, residence/work permits and other related
  • Support Finance, HR and IT department on a daily basis for various assigned projects and tasks.
  • Oversee the administration and execution of the social benefits policy of the company
  • Acts as personal assistant to the Managing Director
  • Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards of Playtech
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in the same position for at least 2 years.
  • Excellent knowledge of and work with MS Office (Advance level in Excel), e-mail and the internet. Skills for work with additional computer programs (internal software for time management and organization of business trips) and packages may be required additionally.
  • Higher education in Business/Public Administration or other relevant degree.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Effective problem solving and negotiating techniques
  •  Ability to achieve results through multi-tasking
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multi-cultural environment
