Job Description

Due to continued business growth, we're excited to be looking for an internal recruiter to join our growing team. Based out of Playtech's Gibraltar or Malta offices and reporting into the HR Director, we're looking for someone who can bring recruitment expertise and a proven track record of success to our HR team. You will own and drive the recruitment strategy and will be responsible for the ownership of all recruitment-related activities. 
What you'll do: 

  • Own the full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process.
  • Attract candidates using Playtech's approved sourcing channels (job boards, Linkedin Recruiter, networking events, referral schemes etc.)
  • Identify and attract technical and non-technical talent to the business.
  • Build a diverse pipeline of technical and non-technical candidates using creative sourcing channels.
  • Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experiences.
  • Actively promote the internal recruitment policy and referral scheme.
  • Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
  • Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
  • Provide detailed reports on hiring activities and progress as measured against key KPIs.

Qualifications

You'll be a great fit for this role if you possess the following skills/experience: 

  • Experience in owning a full-cycle recruitment desk, ideally within a high-growth environment.
  • Technical recruitment experience of technical talent - e.g. Software/QA/DevOps/Data Engineers - (Java/Python/C#/C++).
  • Experience recruiting in the iGaming industry (ideal)
  • Proven track record in recruiting non-technical roles (e.g. product/program managers, iGaming specialists, administrative talent, IT talent etc.)
  • Experience of working in an internal recruitment team is preferred or agency experience
  • A master of creating strong relationships with hiring managers and other business stakeholders
  • Experience of ATS systems, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Proven track record of social recruitment success - you know how to creatively find talent through social media activities and advertisements etc.
  • Well organised and the ability to think outside the box.
  • The ability to adapt and cope well with change.
