About the Role 

You will be working as part of a product-oriented, cross-functional team delivering and supporting a suite of modern applications which will revolutionise bricks-and-mortar casinos.   

In this role, we would expect you to be: 

• Conversant with all aspects of casino operations 

• A good written and verbal communicator 

• Analytical and methodical in your approach to documenting and executing test cases 

• Able to clearly explain test failures and defects, including the steps to reproduce the issue 

• A team player who is adaptable and able to work with a wide range of people and problems

For this role, we expect: 

• Super-user level experience with casino systems, preferably Playtech Neon 

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills 

• A skilled problem solver who works well with other people and is committed to the cause 

The following would be desirable: 

• Experience as a slot technician 

• Knowledge of web applications, RESTful APIs and databases 

• Knowledge of SQL or Powershell
