Job Description

  • Provide full administrative support to the office
  • Solution oriented when supporting the facility management of the company
  • Handle office communications and all related documentation
  • Welcome visitors and guests
  • Prepare and analyze various report data
  • Deal with all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Handle business correspondence and corporate documentation
  • Keep track of the office supplies and restocks them, when needed
  • Make daily quality checks of the office areas and evaluates if the conditions meet the company standards
  • Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required
  • Participate in the organization and reporting of the internal business trips
  • Petty cash – keeping small amounts for cash expenses for Administration department
  • Assisting Finance, HR and IT departments
  • Vacation and sick leave tracking
  • Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Fluency in English
  • Highly developed customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently, without supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Friendly personality, good interpersonal communication
  • Demonstrates drive, resilience and flexibility when working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
