As a React Software Team Lead in our Mobile Native team, you will become a leader of a diverse, highly technical development team, where everyone's input is valued. Our focus is on solving complex, data-heavy problems in the most efficient way possible. Technically, we’re Open Source advocates, always ensuring that we keep our tech stack as cutting edge as possible. Your role as a Software Engineer will be to create and maintain UI related applications within our service architecture using a mix React (React Native), Redux, HTML, (S)CSS. Experience in these specific technologies is highly desirable along with Linux environments and it is essential to have experience in general programming paradigms. 

Your Role: 

• Being a mentor for team members 
• Performing code reviews for your peers 
• Leading communication with internal and external stakeholders 
• Development of our Sportsbook product and UI applications for back office and customer facing web sites 
• Implementing new features and maintaining production code 
• Designing innovative solutions to complex problems 
• Contributing meaningful peer code reviews
• Implementing unit tests 
• Working in an agile development process

Essential:

• 4+ years of experience in professional software development 
• You know how to build multi-platform product 
• Experience using ES6+, React (React Native), Redux (or other state management architecture such as Mobx), Saga, Webpack 
• Experience within a highly technical environment, solving complex problems 
• Good understanding of client-server architecture and web protocols 
• Good communication skills in English, in speech as well as writing 

Desirable:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or similar 
• Experience RESTful APIs
• Understanding of the UI and UX concepts 
• Understanding of Scrum or Kanban principles, experience with JIRA 
• Git 

Highly Valued:

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, GIMP or similar 
• Previous commercial experience in Gambling or Sports Betting sector
• Outside interest in programming reflected by a blog/portfolio, GitHub, Bit Bucket profile or personal website
