Job Description

1. Operational support to the site’s employees and managers which includes:
- consulting and coaching people managers on HR matters and provide daily HR services;
- Resolving complex people relations issues;
- Work closely with management and people to improve work relationships, build high-performance culture and retention strategy;
- Provide quick response to organizational changes, team members’ needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to team members challenges
- Ensure all HR procedures and policies are followed by team members
2. Legal and compliance
Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance, taking part in internal and external audits
3. Reporting
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover, ad-hoc reporting, creating reports for senior management
- Analyzing trends and metrics within the department;
4. T&D
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
5. Collaborate with other HR functions on the implementation and rollout of plans, programs, and policies;

Qualifications

Proven work experience as HR Manager;
Excellent people management skills;
Great desire to work with people;
Analytical and goal-oriented approach;
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
