Job Description

  • Serve as the focal point for developers, QA engineers, and managers for security questions
  • Perform threat modeling and design review for product architecture
  • Use security tools and practices such as security code review and application security testing (relevant tools: static analysis, open-source analysis, dynamic analysis, etc.)
  • Evaluate surrounding security aspects of the development process such as CI/CD processes, secret management, monitoring for security events in production, container security.
  • Support application security domain during audits and regulations (ISO27001, PCI, GDPR, etc).
  • Train Playtech employees regarding security topics
  • Align teams on recent security standards and policies

Qualifications

  • Experience of 1-2 years in the Information Security domain.
  • Technical / academic education (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Background with software development processes and lifecycle (software development / devops background - advantage)
  • Theoretical knowledge with Application Security standards and frameworks – OWASP, NIST, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as
  • SAST, DAST, OSS, etc – big advantage
  • Decent English level (speaking, writing, reading), good people skills and positive approach
  • Previous experience working for global corporates – advantage
