Job Description

Write meeting minutes in management meetings, with exposure to very confidential and sensitive information:
⦁    Producing templates for important documents
⦁    Excellent attention to detail
⦁    Produce written legal documents and provide input from a legal standpoint
Reporting:
⦁    Review and suggest improvement of reports, meeting summaries, announcements for staff and management (mostly MS Word, PowerPoint and EXL)
⦁    Help getting reports ready on time (including some data inputting) 
⦁    Work around dates and times of the reports
Working with the commercial team to Improve all marketing materials:
⦁    Presentation
⦁    Brochures
⦁    Reports
Help develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Help store and organizing database of all commercial contract and legal documents,
Assist in drafting and reviewing formal letters, reports and management announcements 
Help creating and maintaining reporting, planning, and auditing.
Work with senior stakeholders.
Assists commercial directors and works as a member of a team.
Deals with daily commercial operations tasks
Accepts extra duties as situations arise.
Works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors arise.

Qualifications

Experience drafting legal documents, meeting minutes etc.
Background in law/marketing highly desirable
Very high level of written and verbal communication is required
Experience drafting legal documents and marketing materials
Highly proficient in the MS Office suite
Experience creating assets and bringing presentations to life (highly desirable)
