Job Description

As a Client Delivery Managers Team Lead, you will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of team, from devOps, developers and QAs to deliver frequent and high-impact value to our customers. You will be responsible for team hiring, onboarding, performance, and growth, as well as facilitating the delivery of key projects. Out-of-box and innovative thinking, the ability to learn fast and ramp up on new technologies, patterns, and processes are critical to the success of the role.

Manage high performing team in a rapidly growing, global organization
Set clear team goals
Create, maintain and control the client’s schedule and dashboard across all teams
Analyze and handle all issues and change requests for timely delivery of the client scheduled release
Proactively identify risks and issues to the quality of the product
Drive external dependencies and their schedule
Oversee and execute on that process/plan
Shepherd your customers through the Release process, being mindful of all requirements
Be the communication hub internally and externally
Implement continuous improvement practices
Report status as required
Encourage a healthy and innovative team culture demonstrating Playtech values through mentorship and coaching

Qualifications

Higher education in the field of IT
3+ years of IT experience
Experience hiring, onboarding, developing strong teams
Experience with coaching and mentorship to elevate team performance
Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle
Precise written and verbal communication English skills
Strong cross team/group/organization collaboration skills
Ability to foresee and analyzes risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues
High powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others, multitasking skills
Developer and/or Project Manager and/or Software tester background will help to gain team credibility
