Job Description

·       Lead the Helpdesk team in our Kiev office

·       Be responsible for efficient support of the Helpdesk Team

·       Monitor performance, improve procedures

·       Work together with other Helpdesk team leaders globally.

·       Provide quality IT support for end-users

·       Perform hardware and software installations

·       Perform user, hardware and software accounting

·       Documentation creation and maintenance

·       Be initiative and positive team member

Qualifications

· Previous experience as an IT Support Specialist

· Team Leadership experience to manage, mentor and motivate distributed teams

· MacOS support knowledge

· General Windows support knowledge

· Experience in user hardware troubleshooting

· Good spoken and written English

· Excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation

· Calm, responsible, initiative, self-organized, eager to learn
