Job Description

The role of the Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist is to lead the 360-degree hiring process and support the operational HR function at Playtech. Primary focus will be recruitment, employer branding, employee data and documents administration etc.

 

Responsibilities

  • Organize all logistics related to the recruitment and selection process (publish job ads, contact potential candidates, organize and take part in interviews);
  • Proactively search and attract candidates through ads, social media, databases, networking, university career centers, external and internal recommendations;
  • Keep the applicant database updated;
  • Initiates and supports employer branding activities for the local subsidiary;
  • Prepares standard employment agreements and ensures all pre-employment modalities are fulfilled;
  • Ensures high data accuracy in the local employee database (HRIS);
  • Takes care of HR documents processing and personnel administration.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR field;
  • Prior experience with IT recruitment in particular;
  • University degree in Psychology / Human Resources / or other relevant;
  • Working knowledge of the Bulgarian employment legislation;
  • Good command of English language (spoken and written);
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills;
  • Proactive and creative person.
