Job Description

Due to continued growth within the business we're looking for an Account Manager to join our GamesLink team. This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for successfully developing and maintaining strong partnerships with our clients to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions. We are looking for someone who can: 

  • Drive our marketing strategy (i.e. Bonuses, Admin, Banners, Promotions, Usage, etc.)
  • Partner with our clients and build strong relationships so they endorse our products
  • Can drive our retention and conversion strategies
  • Be responsible for customer performance and revenue growth by making strategic recommendations using:
    -          KPI(s) & Benchmark analysis
    -          Operational audit
    -          BI tools
  • Manage customer requests and needs
  • Provide first-level, second to none business support
  • Act as an escalation point for technical issues
  • Promoting tasks internally (i.e. development requests, initiation of new projects)
  • Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and other departments (Finance, Casino etc.)
  • Is a good presenter and likes to manipulate and interpret data in the form of graphs, charts and reports as you will be required to report on your progress.

Qualifications

  • Experienced with managing or working with international customers 
  • Service and business orientated with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a software or internet company in relevant position like Key/Account Management or Project Management 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, self-managed, team player, multitasking
  • Knowledge of internet advertising
  • Will be responsible for hitting targets
  • Knowledge of budget/forecasting is an advantage
  • Availability to travel is essential
