PLAYTECH'S IMS UNIT

IMS (Information Management System) is the innovation hub, the power behind Playtech's entire product portfolio, providing the set of tools needed to successfully run and manage every aspect of the whole Playtech System. It consists of many services like account service, wallet service, login service, bonus service, loyalty service, chat service, etc - most of which are developed in Estonia.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Senior QA engineers are the experienced software testers in our QA department. In addition to regular testing activities, they will take ownership of important QA processes and contribute actively in improving the way we work. You will be:

• performing testing activities in all stages of the software development life cycle
• getting to know our product from inside out, becoming the foremost expert and the “go-to” person about it
• taking part of our software development planning process
• taking ownership of and leading our QA processes and coming up with ideas on how to improve them
• working closely with both internal and external stakeholders and supporting them with your product knowledge
• solving very complex technical problems

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED?

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing
• Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies and procedures and a good understanding of software development lifecycle
• Higher education in the field of IT
• Good understanding of client-server applications
• Intermediate level knowledge of relational databases and SQL and of at least one programming language like Java, PHP, C# or similar
• Very good ability to learn quickly, strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills
• Excellent command of English and Estonian languages, both spoken and written
