Job Description

As part of Helpdesk team you will be part of our global IT team, working together with an international team of IT wizards. Your position is based in Vienna/London. Your work will include installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of clients, switches, servers and services that are mission critical to our business. With your awesome customer service skills, you work closely with vendors and colleagues to provide support for users with a wide variety of computer knowledge. Although rare, there is a possibility to be a part of our on-call team.

As one of the members of our IT team, you have the possibility to be the hero of the day! As you solve all IT- related issues, you ensure the employees deliver the most amazing products for our customers and make the day to day operation go smooth. This includes helping employees in Malmö Sweden – traveling to Sweden will be required from time to time. You are the IT-handyman that the employees can depend on! Your team is in charge of networking, administration, servers, infrastructure and maintenance.

Required Skills

• Work experience with Mac´s OSX
• Networking
• Knowledge of DHCP, DNS and proxies
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Windows/Mac/Linux client/server administration
• Active Directory, Office365/Exchange, G Suite, Atlassian
• Service minded
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Cisco ASA
• Work experience with JAMF PRO is beneficial but not mandatory
• PRTG Monitoring
• Virtualization (VMware) and network storage
• Self-driven and able to work independently under general direction
