Job Description

We’re looking for a Java Intern to join our team. During the internship you will be working on a highly scalable, available 24/7 Java SE server platform. Our main challenges are to make the system work smoothly with almost no delays and provide excellent player experience. We’re trying to pay attention to details and believe that everything can be done better.

  • Develop new features that will improve our existing platform
  • Optimize the work of our product by proposing and implementing improvements of the system
  • Make code reviews of the code written by the other members of the team
  • Participate and support the automation of our day-to-day work
  • Fix defects that were found during the testing of the product
  • Participate in the team meetings and rituals
  • Contribute to the outcome of the team
  • Receive and give feedback for the daily routines

Qualifications

  • Excellent understanding of the OOP principles
  • Knowledge of the java SE platform (version 8)
  • Very good multi-threading understanding
  • Networking, protocols
  • Knowledge about relational DB and main concepts
  • Passion about doing the right things
  • Strive for constant improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be a team player
  • Good investigation skills and patience with the more difficult tasks
