WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Provide highly professional HR support in your dedicated business units of 250 employees
  • Act as a strategic partner and work closely with local and global business unit managers in different HR related topics – employee relations & planning, performance & development management, salary reviews, succession planning, etc.
  • Support and coach managers in creating high performing teams
  • Lead all HR processes with care and attention to detail in co-operation with local and global HR department
  • Act as a partner to HR Director and a mentor for HR Generalists
  • Represent the company in various employer branding events 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in international company, preferably in IT domain
  • Good understanding of business operations and processes
  • Excellent relationship building skills combined with analytical thinking
  • Eager to contribute in building a great company culture
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and complex tasks in fast-paced international work environment
  • Good presentation and coaching skills
  • Positive can do attitude and initiative approach
