WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Provide highly professional HR support in your dedicated business units of 250 employees
- Act as a strategic partner and work closely with local and global business unit managers in different HR related topics – employee relations & planning, performance & development management, salary reviews, succession planning, etc.
- Support and coach managers in creating high performing teams
- Lead all HR processes with care and attention to detail in co-operation with local and global HR department
- Act as a partner to HR Director and a mentor for HR Generalists
- Represent the company in various employer branding events
Qualifications
WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED?
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in international company, preferably in IT domain
- Good understanding of business operations and processes
- Excellent relationship building skills combined with analytical thinking
- Eager to contribute in building a great company culture
- Ability to manage competing priorities and complex tasks in fast-paced international work environment
- Good presentation and coaching skills
- Positive can do attitude and initiative approach
