WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Perform testing activities in all stages of the software development life cycle
• Get to know our product from inside out, becoming the foremost expert and the “go-to” person
• Take part of our software development planning process
• Take ownership of and lead our QA processes as well as come up with ideas on how to improve them
• Solve very complex technical problems
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and support them with your product knowledge

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED?

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing
• Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies and procedures and a good understanding of software development lifecycle
• Higher education in the field of IT is highly recommended
• Good understanding of client-server applications
• Intermediate level knowledge of relational databases and SQL and of at least one programming language like Java, PHP, C# or similar
• Very good ability to learn quickly, strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills
• Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial statistics will be a bonus

PLAYTECH'S IMS UNIT AND THE TEAM

IMS (Information Management System) is the innovation hub, the power behind Playtech's entire product portfolio, providing the set of tools needed to successfully run and manage every aspect of the whole Playtech System. It consists of many services like account service, wallet service, login service, bonus service, loyalty service, chat service, etc - most of which are developed in Estonia.

We are a part of the IMS unit offering access to data. Although our team is small, it is a crucial part of Playtech's system. Data is the oil of the 21st century and we are in the center of it all. Our goal is to consolidate, visualize and distribute data within Playtech. This includes building flexible reports for our customers, but also feeding the data out for further processing – to licensees, data warehouse, regulations. Different requirements from regulations in different countries is the biggest challenge so far.
