Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Troubleshoot technical issues as part of second or third level of support and escalate bugs to the development team
  • Interact with clients in English, mostly through email and Jira
  • Monitor the customer estates across the globe
  • Reproduce technical issues in customer support lab

Qualifications
