Software Engineer (Event Platform)

Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Develop and support event platform components and support tools including API-s, models, integration adapters, etc 
  • Develop tools and automate various team processes for our internal usage 
  • Contribute to data delivery topics from data services domain 
  • Assure software and service quality by automating testing 
  • Help investigate and solve our service issues in test/live environments 
  • Research different tools and topics to solve technical challenges

Qualifications

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED?

  • Experience with Java/JVM and related build tools (ant, maven, gradle, etc) 
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g. Ansible, Bamboo, Jenkins, etc) 
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and tools (Git, Jira, etc) 
  • Experience with Linux, Docker and shell scripting 
  • Desire to learn new technologies (Kafka, Spring Integration, stream processing, etc) 
  • Good English (both oral and written)
