Job Description
Your Role in a Nutshell:
As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. You will be the product expert and the bridge between business and product development teams. Your responsibilities will extend across various domains, including:
- Customer-Centric Leadership: Champion the customer's perspective, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to the product development process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with diverse teams to consolidate requirements, gather customer insights, and prioritize product features. You will act as a vital link between development teams and customers, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
- Requirement Engineering: Explore, capture and document business requirements and decompose them into functional and technical product backlog items, ensuring clarity and actionable steps for the development team.
- Backlog Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize the product backlog, preparing for planning sessions and setting iteration goals.
- Product Roadmap Management: Maintain and update the product roadmap and setting a clear direction for future iterations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with stakeholders at various levels, proposing solutions that align with product capabilities, constraints, and dependencies.
- Prototyping and Visualization: Utilize mockups and prototypes to support development efforts, leveraging your skills in visualization to convey product visions compellingly.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze various metrics and data to understand customer behavior and product performance, leveraging insights to make informed decisions.
- Product Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate workshops (e.g., Event Storming, Story Mapping) with business and development teams to identify and define the product's expected value, needs and requirements.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a Product Owner
- Very good experience with various business requirements exploration techniques and requirements management standards
- Ability to strategically define, communicate, and measure the business value
- Demonstrated experience in managing product requirements and roadmaps
- Good expertise around Agile development and Product backlog management
- Experience in cooperation with various stakeholders on different organizational levels
- Practical experience of team collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence) and tools supporting the PO’s work (e.g. Miro)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- An open-minded, goal-oriented, and Agile mindset
- Excellent command of English (C1 Level)
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in relevant industries such as gambling, gaming, programmatic buying, or online marketing bidding platforms
- Experience with BPMN
- Experience as Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
- Good knowledge of all SDLC aspects
- International exposure and experience in a global working environment
- Team management skills
Additional Information
Salary range: 20 000 - 26 000 PLN per month
