Job Description
(Afternoon shift 4 PM-12AM)
A Service Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services to meet the needs of an organization and its customers. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining service management processes, standards, and best practices. The Service Management Specialist works closely with various teams to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilites:
- Support incident and change management processes
- Assist in configuration of monitoring and alerting systems
- Assist in maintaining SLAs and process documentation
- Assist in risk assessments and processes related to BCP
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Interest in cybersecurity a bonus!
