Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who will join the team and take care of administrative and office challenges.
This is an amazing opportunity to be working in the company on the hyper-growth stage. You will play a vital role in the team to help us ensure the provision of a world-class office experience for our people and guests. You will deliver outstanding assistance to Playbook Egineering employees and visitors on a daily basis.
What you will be doing?
- Lead employee experience & deliver a first-class workplace experience for our employees and for guests of our office
- Responsible for the effective running of facilities contract services including; building maintenance, purchasing, post room, security, cleaning, waste management, stationery, plants, coffee machine
- General office management duties including meeting room management and conference call facilitation, supplies and stock management of office supplies, business card administration, company merchandise, office social events, courier bookings etc
- Meeting and supporting all guests and colleagues coming to the office. Preparing necessary documents if necessary, booking accommodation, assisting in all issues concerning their stay.
- Manage agreements and invoices workflow, sign contracts around the office, orders, events, etc.
- Provide effective support as a contact person for everyday questions and requests from employees.
- Development of administrative policies and guidelines
- Office budget control
- Coordination and implementation of office activities
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in office management/ administration/ facility management field, demonstrating exceptional organizational and multitasking skills;
- Experience with reporting, invoicing, organizing business trips to other countries, travel documents;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively. Able to find pragmatic solutions and adapt to changing situations
- Strong oral and written Polish & English skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Friendly individual able to take initiative
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines when needed
