Playbook Engineering offers a global betting platform that provides a service to established operators and new entrants who are looking to disrupt the industry. We have offices in London and Krakow and are a young and fast-growing company.

We are looking for a CPO/Head of Product to lead our Production team (Product Owners, Project Managers and Designers). 

You will be involved in providing competitive analysis, measuring the success of product initiatives, and have a critical role in the long-term development of the company. In addition, you will participate in and lead the management and delivery of product improvements for our client base, and scope new products and developments aligned with the strategic direction of our product roadmap.

You will be responsible for maintaining the product roadmap, working with internal teams as well as our partners, and producing all requirements for the technical team.

You will determine the products we build, design and own our product roadmap, and be responsible for the design and appeal of our products.

This role reports directly to the Management team and will be able to influence product direction and development.

You will need to have significant experience in end-to-end product management in the betting industry, knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with JIRA & Confluence, as well as great communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a passion for detail.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Define, prioritise, monitor and deliver the Product Roadmap
• Direct line management of all Product Owners, Business Analysts, and the Design team
• Collaborate with the C Team to help deliver the company’s roadmap and strategic direction
• Work against clear KPIs and with a budget

• At least 5 years of experience working in a similar position
• Previous experience of leading a Product team or department
• Strong communicator, able to take the lead in meetings and encourage contribution from all team members
• Experience of setting and delivering a roadmap and working with Senior and Board stakeholders
• Strong understanding of product delivery lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Previous experience in the Gaming industry
• Strong knowledge of the current trends within the industry
