Salary ranges: 15 000 - 22 000 PLN 
 

Playbook Engineering as betting platform creator, developer and operator is looking for experienced Product Owner to be part of a 100+ cross-functional team.

You will be involved in the management and delivery of product improvements for our client base accordingly to global company vision and goals, as well as delivering fixes for operational and performance issues.

You will have the ability to shape and influence the products we build, contribute directly to our product roadmap, and be involved in improving the design and appeal of our products. 

You will join and lead Layouts team responsible for client-facing applications like our website, backoffice and mobile apps for iOS and Android. You will be responsible for quality and performance of frontend side of Playbook Platform accordingly to industry standards and best practices. You will ensure our client apps are easy to use and appealing to our players to improve growth of our customer base.

You will work closely with Designers and Marketing to ensure proper execution of user experience improvements and marketing initiatives. You will also work closely with Engineering, to ensure Layouts team provides proper level of services and platform-like capabilities to other Product teams to use, to deliver business value.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Transparent defining, prioritizing and delivering new exciting product features in the fast growing gambling industry.
• Prioritizing the delivery of product enhancement and fixes to operational issues.
• Continuous product discovery to maximise delivered value and satisfy customers’ needs.
• Constantly inspecting product value and results of the change you made in it, so you will be able to adopt those that work and change when they fail.
• Growing and scaling our business, according to our strategy and together with other Product Owners, it will be your top priority.
• Working against a clear KPI and budget.
• Managing of all customer product issues and business needs. 
• Managing the product backlog in accordance to the best practices. Setting milestones and preparing product roadmaps.
• Cooperating with engineers, UX/UI designers and QA Engineers on a daily basis.

• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position
• Previous experience working in an Agile environment
• Understanding of the product delivery lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Customer focused
• Good communicator, actively takes part in meetings and willing to pitch their own ideas
• Comfortable working on multiple tasks, and with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Expertise in client facing apps (frontend/mobile) management and delivery

Nice to have:

• Professional Scrum Product Owner certificate
• Interest in sports and/or sports betting, gambling
• Knowledge of marketing topics and expertise with Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics will be a plus
• Previous experience working with UI/UX designers and design systems
