• Hours: 40 hours per week

Playaway Products is looking for a full-time Production Lead to join our team! The Production Lead is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily production operations to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality fulfillment of Playaway Products. This hands-on role supports all stages of production including digital content downloading, labeling, assembly, inventory handling, and shipping, while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The Production Lead trains and mentors team members, monitors workflow and performance, and helps identify opportunities for process improvement in a fast-growing, team-oriented warehouse environment. This position reports directly to the Production Manager. While this role does not have direct reports, a leadership mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a positive attitude are essential to success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as needed
• Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Train and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processes
• Downloading digital content onto Playaway Products
• Hand labeling
• Hand assembly
• Picking and inventory put-away
• Packing and Shipping
• Inventory counting

• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable and punctual, history of strong attendance
• Must be able to push, pull, bend and lift objects that can weigh up to 35 pounds
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Basic computer skills
• Experience working in a warehouse production environment
• Available for first shift Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Working Conditions
Work is normally performed in a climate-controlled warehouse work environment.
