My client is a large, global organisation and a leader in their field!

They are looking for a Workday Functional Lead, with experience in delivering Workday Talent and Learning to start  ASAP as they have started the project. Minimum 3 months, with likelihood of much longer.

Role- My customer is looking for a Functional lead to take ownership of the Talent and Learning workstreams.  

You will be a key part of the design phase, working with the implementation partner and stakeholders to ensure that the design of the system fits the requirements of the business.

Some travel abroad may be required, but this will be based in their Paris headquarters.

Candidate- You will have at least 1 large global project or 2 smaller ones.

You must have experience in WorkDay Talent and Learning and must be able to speak French. 

The ideal candidate will understand the new functionality, configuration and integrations with other systems to be able to get the best out of the modules.

Demonstratable project management and Workstream experience to show stakeholder management, and being able to manage relationships with the System Implementer.

Pay rate- Up to £600 p/d + Expenses, based on experience and background of similar roles.

Workday talent and learning experience
