Workday Functional Consultant (Workday HCM, HR Systems, e2e Implementation)

A global client is looking for a Workday Functional Consultant for a key role in a global Workday programme.

This is a great opportunity provide your expertise on Workday and bring your deep functional knowledge to add value to the programme. You will be joining a global organisation who are rolling out one of the most exciting Workday programmes in France right now.

The successful candidate will have functional experience in Workday HCM and other functional areas.

Key responsibilities for the Workday Functional Consultant (Workday HCM, HR Systems, e2e Implementation)
 

• Provide functional expertise to the Workday project
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders
• Create detailed documentation
• Suggest improvements and ways to increase efficiency
   
• Key experience for the Workday Functional Consultant (Workday HCM, HR Systems, e2e Implementation)



 
• Previous experience (2+ years’) in a global Workday implementation
• Experience with full software development life cycle
• Workday configuration experience
• Workday HCM functional expertise and minimum one other functional area e.g. absence, compensation, benefits
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
