$28 - $30 per hour, Supervisor 80k – 92k (based on experience and preference)

$50 - $200 per day job bonus (depending upon experience) plus $55 per diem when out of town

The Cement Pump Supervisor promotes excellent customer relations and satisfaction with the work performed at the well site while performing equipment rig up and rig down and preparing equipment for performing the job. This position is responsible for the safe operations of bulk equipment as well as operating and repairing cement pump equipment. Additionally, the Cement Pump Supervisor performs necessary calculations as well as data collection and distribution at the well site as needed. At the culmination of each job, Cement Pump Supervisor performs the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. 

Qualifications

Knowledge of and Compliance with DOT rules and regulations.

Knowledge of company policies, HSE standards and PSL guidelines.

Skills to drive Commercial A or B Vehicles.

Knowledge of Lifting, Hoist, Slings.

Ability to perform Basic Maintenance on equipment, cement pump & bulk equipment and miscellaneous equipment.

Ability to perform Basic equipment function checks in preparation for the job.

Ability to follow the Journey Management Process by reducing transportation-related risks.

Ability to read, write and speak English to the extent that they can understand verbal and written instructions as well as give verbal and written instructions in English.

Ability to use simple mathematical calculations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication) to make job-related calculations.

Basic computer skills.

Lead teams in the field and at the shop, treat all with fairness and develop their skills in cementing.

Knowledge of oilfield calculations in relation to pressure pumping and calculating cement jobs.

Able to demonstrate efficiency in running cement equipment, RCM, bulk equipment, and bulk loading equipment. Ability to operate cement batch mixers a plus.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Class B Commercial Driver's License – May be Required.

Class A Commercial Driver's License – May be Required.
