The Operations Support Officer will provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. The role involves liaising with internal teams, marketing/advertising partners, and service providers, tracking deliverables, following up on outstanding tasks, and providing timely updates to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and service providers.
• Follow up on advertising and marketing activities, campaigns, and deliverables.
• Maintain trackers and monitor deadlines, pending actions, and deliverables.
• Prepare regular operational updates and reports for management.
• Escalate delays, issues, and operational gaps where necessary.
• Support documentation, record keeping, and general administrative activities.
• Ensure activities are carried out in line with company processes and policies.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years experience in operations, administration, marketing coordination, or a related role is an advantage. Fresh graduates and NYSC members/corps members are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in gaming/betting, fintech, technology, or a fast-paced environment is an added advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively with different teams.
• Must reside within the Lekki–Ikoyi axis.
