Job Description
Pivotage Consulting on behalf of its client is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with specialist skills across various legal practice areas. The Business Development (BD) Manager will play a strategic and tactical role in enhancing the Firm’s growth, visibility, and brand recognition. The role involves driving business growth through cultivating client relationships, developing new partnerships, and maximizing existing relationships. The BD Manager will enhance the Firm’s market position and reputation, identify revenue-generating opportunities, and mentor a team of business development personnel. Responsibilities include defining operational processes, managing marketing initiatives, and achieving revenue targets for the Firm.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or related field
- Degree in Law will be an added advantage
- A minimum of seven (7) years business development and marketing experience in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm
- Proven track record of achieving business development targets
- Previous experience in a managerial role
- Experience with CRM system
