Pivotage Consulting on behalf of its client is seeking a highly motivated Intermediate Associate with specialist skills across various legal practice areas. The role involves providing technical, strategic, and procedural advice on a wide range of legal and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in litigation, offering sound legal guidance, managing cases diligently, and representing clients effectively. Responsibilities include advising on corporate governance, shareholder and director matters, investments, banking, and financial transactions, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.

• Degree in Law and having obtained a 2:1 or above
• Master of Laws LLM will be an added advantage
• At least Five (5) years post qualification experience with a reputable firm.
• Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) will be an added advantage
• Ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in IT (Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn new tools
• Strong commercial awareness and logical reasoning
• Commitment to the firm’s success and alignment with its values and ethos
• Excellent interpersonal, team-working, and stakeholder management skills
• Articulate, confident, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Innovative, proactive, and able to implement strategies effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining productivity
• Flexible to work outside normal office hours when required
• Self-motivated, reliable, and demonstrates trust, loyalty, and professional integrity
