Our client - a Fintech company, is looking to hire an experienced and a result-driven Liability Generation Officer (Relationship Managers) to join it’s team.

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Nigeria

• Drive deposit mobilization by sourcing new customers and deepening relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and sell savings and fixed deposit products to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
• Identify and develop new markets and potential deposit opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or relationship management in a digital microfinance or commercial bank.
• Strong understanding of retail and SME banking products.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and customer service orientation.
