Our client - a Fintech company, is looking to hire an experienced and a result-driven Credit Acquisition Officer to join it’s team.

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Nigeria

• Source, identify, and onboard new loan customers across various market segments.
• Promote the bank’s credit products and achieve assigned loan acquisition and disbursement targets.
• Conduct needs assessments to match customers with suitable loan products.

• Bachelor’s degree in, business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ proven experience in loan sales, credit acquisition, or retail banking.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of credit processes and documentation requirements.
