Account Executive North America 

Job Description

Pitcher has a vertical structure from a commercial operations perspective and focuses on the Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing and Financial Services industries. As Account Executive North America you will be responsible for the acquisition and development of enterprise customers in the region. You will be selling the full suite of the Pitcher products.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new accounts in accordance with sales strategy
  • Support and development of existing customers
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process 
  • Value based selling through ROI calculations and business case development
  • Understanding customer requirements through pragmatic research of user requirements (e.g. accompanying users in field for several days)
  • Solution selling to build long-term relationships with customers while delivering short-term results
  • Exceeding yearly sales targets
  • Participation in and organisation of industry-focused events
  • Ensuring customer success on an ongoing basis through in-person meetings and involvement of the appropriate departments (project management, support, customer success, engineering etc.) 
  • Market research, vertical prioritization and execution of sales strategy

Qualifications

  • Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales
  • Preferred experience in Life sciences, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing or Financial Services
  • BA/BS degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High degree of self-motivation
  • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quota
  • Strong technology experience with cloud, enterprise solutions
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus
