Technical Project Manager 100% (m/f)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, technical professional to drive a strategic project with a Fortune 500 client across the region. 

You will be based out of our Santa Fe office with travel expectations of up to 30% and will be working as part of the Pitcher Commercial Operations Team in close collaboration with the Engineering Team at Pitcher.

This is a versatile role with a focus on managing project implementations and support across a number of core industries. The ideal candidate will have gained prior experience working as a Technical Project Manager preferably in the CRM space and have strong communication skills in order to work with project managers from different areas and countries within the customers' business.

  • End-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of customer implementations and pilot projects
  • Manage the full life cycle of a project from design, build, test, deploy, maintain in an agile environment
  • Liaise with different internal and customer teams to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones
  • Consult customers in regards to architecture to achieve the best solution design for a project
  • Actively track and manage user adoption throughout the project lifecycle
  • Technical support (2nd/3rd level)
  • Contribution to the product roadmap via idea/feature request submission



  • University degree and/or qualifications in relevant field is a must
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills are a must
  • Previous experience managing software projects is a must
  • SaaS project management experience is a plus
  • Experience with projects involving Salesforce is a plus
  • Native Spanish and fluent English language skills are a must, Portuguese is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to customer sites within LATAM region
