The Ideal Night Manager will:

• Have previous experience working as a Night Manager or Duty Manger in a similar life style property
• The ability to manage in a collaborative way to motivate and develop other team members
• Have positive and proactive manner with an eye for detail
• Be a problem solver
• Have excellent personal presentation and communication particularly listening skills
• Have a commitment to the Mandrake’s Core Values and Vision and what we delivering.

A full time position working 4 nights in every 8 day period, 8 am to 8 pm, therefore you must be available on weekdays and weekends and must be available to cover occasional night shifts
