Job Description

The Pique Tea-m is a dynamic team of active, outgoing, and knowledgeable individuals, who have a passion for health, tea and wellness and want to spread the amazing benefits of tea to help people feel, look and perform their best. They thrive in warm competition with their peers and push themselves and each other to be the best they can be. They live the brand of Pique, leading active & mindful lifestyles and are eager to encourage and share their story to help others do the same. As the face of Pique, the primary responsibility of a brand associate is to create awareness and demand for Pique and drive sales in stores. This is accomplished through creating an educational and emotional  experience for customers and store personnel helping them reach their health goals with super potent, easy to use and deliciously hydrating super plant nutrients. Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-store demos in a professional and enthusiastic manner

  • Drive to all location sites within the area of coverage

  • Set up and break down all equipment Maintain proper inventory levels during and after events Provide detailed post-event report of consumer interactions, product feedback and status of Pique presence in stores (stock on shelves, display locations, etc.)

  • Engage in Tea-m Facebook group to share event experiences

  • Drive product trial and engagement by customers and staff

  • Form partnerships with staff members to help promote the brand and secure future additional placements

  • Participate in initial on-boarding call as well as monthly update calls and stay informed on the latest product and messaging updates through email




Qualifications

  • A relationship builder, excited by the opportunity to partner with our customers and consumers.

  • A results oriented self-starter

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

  • The ability to positively engage the public, representing the brand in a highly positive manner.

  • An understanding of both marketing & sales fundamentals.

  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

  • Access to a personal smartphone for schedule updates, photo capturing, and emails.

  • Food Safety Certification is required in some markets
