  • TOP 3 SKILLS REQUIRED
  • BS/BA Degree in related field
  • Presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of Enterprise systems including, but not limited to site LMS, Laboratory System, Documentation System and SAP.

  • Description: Designs and develops training materials to educate users on the correct way to operate applications in support of business processes.
  • Implements training administration processes, including records management.
  • Schedules, plans and delivers instructor-led training sessions. Must possess ability to explain complex technical concepts and tasks.
  • Training role globally advances colleague and organizational performance by providing targeted learning solutions aligned with leadership strategies and goals
  • Major Role Responsibilities:
  • Advises projects on training requirements, standards and processes;
  • Designs and develops training materials to educate users on the correct way to operate applications in support of business processes;
