We're an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), and we're hiring delivery drivers right now. Here's the deal: $23.25/hour, paid every Friday. Four-day workweeks at 35–40 hours — full-time pay with three days off every week. Shifts start at 9:15 AM, and you're done when your route is done.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate a branded delivery van (Ford Transit-250 or Dodge ProMaster 2500) — no backing up, no van damage, period
• Deliver Amazon packages across your route, using a handheld device for navigation and delivery info
• Load and unload packages — lifting up to 60 lbs repetitively, in and out of the van, up and down stairs, all shift
• Work outdoors in all conditions, including Arizona summer heat
• Problem-solve on the road: app glitches, phone issues, GPS trouble
• Be customer obsessed. We deliver packages and smiles
• Back up your teammates when they need a hand — nobody finishes alone

What you need

• A working smartphone with active service (you'll run ADP & VoiceERP at Home)
• Comfortable with physical work: lifting, walking, stairs, heat
• A safe driving mindset — safety is non-negotiable here
• A team attitude

Schedule — please read this part

• Shift: 9:15 AM to 6:30 PM (+/-). Start time is NOT flexible, and we don't offer partial shifts
• We're hiring for OPEN availability — weekends and holidays are required
• Heat-season plan: two days on, two days off, so you're rested between shifts

Qualifications

The non-negotiables

• 21 or older, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no suspensions)
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Weekend and holiday availability is MANDATORY. If you can't commit to weekends, please don't apply — preferred schedules are earned over time through attitude, attendance, and performance
• Reliable, period. When you're on the schedule, you show up

The job demands

• Ready to work in Arizona's summer heat
• Comfortable on your feet all shift: walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting up to 60 lbs
• Comfortable with smartphones and GPS technology — you'll live on them

• Previous delivery driver experience
