Opportunity Description

The main focus for the position will be to support our on e-Learning initiatives, developing customized learning management systems, and e-learning software tools, as well as other custom software as requested by our clients. 

We offer an informal, results-oriented environment where the developer will be working independently or in a small team of software developers. Medical insurance, paid vacation and flexible work hours are available to the right candidate. The person filling this position will have the resources, authority and responsibility to get each project completed.


Qualifications

Project Skills

• Ability to work independently with Project Management

• SDLC, Waterfall, or Agile experience required

• Must communicate well and be a team asset

• Must be able to follow a project plan to a common goal

• Deliver accurate estimates

Production Skills

• Self starter able to resolve issue efficiently

• Must communicate resolutions and prioritize workload

• Must follow the release process

Technical Skills

• ASP.NET Webforms 2.0+ C#

• ASP.NET MVC 4+ C#

• SQL Server 2012 (lots of SQL here)

• SSIS

• SSRS

• Visual Studio 2008+

• SVN

• Telerik

• jQuery

• Javascript, html, css, etc…

• Sharepoint a plus

• Ektron a plus


Additional Information

  • Contract to Direct Hire Position starting as soon as possible
