PPS customer is a growing aerospace manufacturing company. 

The Quality Manager develops, plans and oversees the analysis, inspection, testing and evaluation of product to assure conformance to customer and regulatory requirements. Implements and executes the Quality Management System in compliance with AS9100D and FAA standards.

• Manages customer returns / issues; submittals for customer concession; Corrective & Preventative Action, internal audit program, and Supplier management.
• Analyzes and evaluates information and processes pertaining to production capabilities, manufacturing problems, economic trends, and design and development of new products for consideration by the company.
• Oversees and prepares the budget for product assurance program.
• Works with vendors to ensure supply quality and capacity of vendors to meet orders, and vendor quality standards of all purchased parts for company use.
• Manages quality management teams within organization.
• Designs and implements quality control training programs to key personnel in conjunction with managers.

Qualifications:

Due to ITAR regulations, must be a U.S. Person.

• Quality leadership experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Aerospace standards, specifications and Quality Management Systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent documentation skills and proficient with Microsoft Office software.

Certificates and Licenses:

AS9100:2009 Lead Auditor Certificate and D.O.T. Supervisor Training per the requirements of 49 CFR Sec. 382.603.

Qualifications:
