General Description:

Senior level programmer/analyst to perform complex software development tasks to support software products and custom development projects.

Requirements:

Over 7 years of strong programming background preferably in ASP / ASP.NET with a strong background in databases.
Ability to design application solutions within the architectural standards of the organization with minimal supervision. Maintain current working knowledge of all the products/solutions that have been implemented.
Work at the highest level of all technical phases of design and programming. Possess a high degree of creative thinking and ability to use accumulated knowledge and experience of the team.
Able to perform as a project leader of any project from definition to implementation. Ability to manage multiple projects in a manner that they are functionally accurate and on schedule.
Possess adequate communication skills to keep the management informed on a very regular basis.
Be proactive and request for support / communicate issues in a timely fashion to avoid unaccounted delays.
Must be able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of database administration and data modeling terms, concepts and practices. Must possess a through knowledge and hands on experience in database programming (database functions, stored procedures, triggers etc.)
Ability to work efficiently with all types of people at all levels of the organization
Technically proficient in the following development tools:

Thorough knowledge of different Windows platforms to understand / document installation requirements
Extensive working knowledge on the following platforms:

Thorough understanding of structured programming principles, system analysis techniques, system design, standard coding and testing principles, system implementation, user training, documentation and followup.
Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
