To fill our current need in sales and marketing team, we are looking for resourceful, creative, strategic, dynamic, and gritty Sales Officers to join our skilled, agile, and supportive team. If you think you have what it takes to be a part of our growing team, send your application NOW!
Your competencies
At least 3 to 6 months work or internship experience in sales
Knowledge or work experience in an IT software industry is an advantage
Great interest in digital marketing, web design, and more advanced web based systems/apps, but you don't need to be a web developer.
Good verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Norwegian)
Ability to understand about our product and services
Can easily grasp the prospective client's needs and requirements
Diligent, creative, resourceful, inquisitive, and gritty
Can establish and maintain good work relationship with the clients
Ability to build social and business networks
Good customer service and presentation skills
Good in research and lead generation
A learner, critical thinker, and a problem solver
Must be currently based in Norway
Your responsibilities
Generate leads and send proposals to prospective clients in Norway
Cold call prospective clients
Build network to different industries
Schedule meetings with companies to present our products and service
(For sales meetings with IT/technology companies will be held together with management staff from Philippines over online video call
Work closely with the creative staff in the Philippines for sales preparation and presentation
Hold progress meetings with customers on web design/development projects.
Relay work and project requirements from clients to team in Philippines
Log all sales/marketing activities in CRM
