Job Description

The HR Programs Specialist I will have responsibility for program design and execution, vendor relationship management, and program analytics for the Relocation and Employee Housing programs. Essential job functions include:

  • Ownership of all phases of relocations including initiation call, estimates, approvals, expense management, support of transferees through the moving process and document retention
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide candidate cost evaluations
  • Execute all accounting functions such as reclassifications, reconciliation of relocation account, and direct bill processing
  • Continuously monitor internal and external market trends and implement process improvement as appropriate
  • Produce month end reporting and quarterly program analytics
  • Ensure vendors deliver above expected levels of service
  • Manage policy updates and ensure appropriate communication of policy changes
  • Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate and Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 1-3 years in related experience that includes project/program management and/or general business experience preferred

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in data analysis to include creating and interpreting various sets of data such as reports, tables and graphs
  • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) preferred
