Job Description
The Lead Coordinator, Development & Environmental supports the Construction department by coordinating reporting, tracking project progress, and facilitating communication across cross-functional teams. This role provides operational and analytical support to leadership, develops presentations and reports, and ensures timely follow-up on permitting and project milestones while building a broad understanding of development and environmental processes.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop and maintain executive-level presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) to communicate project updates, performance metrics, and key insights to senior leadership
- Support weekly and monthly reporting processes by compiling, analyzing, and validating data related to development and environmental projects
- Track and monitor the status of active construction projects, ensuring updates are accurate and aligned across systems and stakeholders
- Follow up on permits and regulatory requirements to ensure timely completion and compliance with development timelines
- Coordinate and participate in cross-functional meetings, documenting key updates, action items, and next steps
- Responsible for sorting incoming team mail and sending mail on behalf of leadership
- Responsible for the administration of maintaining licenses
- Scheduling calendar events for the department
- Act as a liaison across Construction and other internal teams to support communication and alignment
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and project tracking
- Build knowledge of Construction, Development, and Environmental functions to support ongoing operational effectiveness
Qualifications
- Education required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Education preferred: Associate’s Degree or Equivalent
- Experience required: At least 3 Years’ experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
